Zoggster Terms of Service

1. Using Zoggster
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live) and sign in with a phone number you control. Keep your device secure; you are responsible for what is sent from your account.
2. Your content
You own the ZoGGs, photos and profile details you post. You give us the permission needed to store and show them to the people you send them to. You can edit or delete a ZoGG for one hour after sending it, and delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Community rules
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, impersonation, or content you don’t have the right to share. Squad owners may remove or block members and hold reported ZoGGs for review. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, with no obligation to warn first. Report anything that worries you from the ZoGG or profile itself, or at [email protected].
4. Squads
You can create as many ZoGGsquads as you like and put up to 12 different people in them (not counting you); someone in several of your squads counts once, and pending invitations count too. Zoggster has no in-app purchases today. If we add paid features later, these terms will describe them before you can buy anything.
5. Voice notes and reactions
You can add a voice note of up to 30 seconds to a ZoGG. It is shared with the same people as the ZoGG and deleted with it. The community rules apply to what you say. When you tap “I felt that”, the sender sees your handle.
6. Availability and changes
Zoggster is provided as is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice for significant changes.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Zoggster. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
