How do I sign in?

With your phone number. We text you a six-digit code; enter it and you’re in. There is no password. If the code doesn’t arrive within a minute, tap “Send a new code”.

I was invited but I don’t see the invitation.

Sign up with the exact phone number your friend invited. The invitation waits in your inbox (the bell on Home, or Squads → Invites). If they invited a different number, ask them to invite you again from Squads → Add Members.

How big can a squad be?

Make as many ZoGGsquads as you like. Across all the squads you own you can have up to 12 different people (not counting you); someone in several of your squads counts once, and pending invitations count too. Remove someone or cancel an invite to make room.

Someone is bothering me.

Open any of their ZoGGs or their profile and choose Block. You won’t see their ZoGGs or invitations, they can’t invite you, and they aren’t told. Use Report to flag a ZoGG: in a squad it’s hidden until the squad owner reviews it; reports about people go to us. Settings → Blocked people lets you undo a block.

I own a squad. What can I do about a reported ZoGG?

Squads shows “reported ZoGGs to review” when there’s something waiting. You can release it back to the squad or remove it. You can also remove a member and block them from rejoining.

Location: what does Zoggster share?

Only what you choose in Privacy settings: your actual location, just your city and state, or nothing. Sending works fine with location off.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Settings → Notifications opens the iOS Settings for Zoggster. Inside the app you can also mute one squad or one person.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. You’ll confirm with a text code if you signed in a while ago. This permanently removes your ZoGGs and photos, your memberships and invitations, your profile and your sign-in. Squads you own pass to their longest-standing member. If you can’t get into the app, email us from the phone number’s account and we’ll do it for you.
